Our cooking
Our cooking is particularly cured and it proposes a free choice of a rich and various menu of starters, meat and fish.
It offers the characteristic dishes of Romagna, but also plates of other Italian regions.
An abundant and fancy buffet allows the customers to taste salami and cold pork meats, yogurt, fruit juices and cakes at breakfast, while at lunch and dinner it is possible to savour the specialties of the chef, with snacks and particular vegetables.
